Sprints matches Big reds TP2 price! (May not work)

yeah I tried (once) and was shut down. I was informed the plan was for Business users (where the accounts are paid by the company they work for.) I am curious as to how some of you got this deal

just got off with telesales and was told to wait til oct 1st and sprint might offer a credit similar to what was done with the palm pre.

I was shut down as recently as 3 days ago by retentions. (2 diff reps and a sup). I not only got shut down, but when I ordered my phone, i was quoted the wrong price (249 after MIR), and i was told that my phone could be billed over a 3 month period(i was billed all at once obviously). I will wait a few and try again. (I actually emailed ecare and they emailed (and called me back).

I literally just got off the phone with them... called right after reading this post...

I was told that they would do it since i am within my 30 days of purchasing the phone but i would have to wait until the 1st or whenver the promotion becomes official.

Well here are fruits of my work and it only took:
2 minutes with Rentension-Got the $150 Price Adjustment
10 minute with CSR-Got $50 New Contract Renewal Bonus
Total Credit $203- they added for few more buck

If you signed a new two year contract I suggest you call to get your renewal bonus.

At least they told you Oct 1st...This lady told me "1st of all..is it Oct 1st" And i stopped her right there and told her im not in her class. Dont tell me 1st 2nd and 3rd.....Long story short its Saturday and of course those people don't want to be at work on the phone " has to be a horrible job"..Best day to call is during the week.
