Am I nuts? vibrate and silent switch?
 
Am I going crazy or no? Now silent is below vibrate on my volume bar screen. Didn't it used to be vibrate below silent before?

Any way to switch them back?

No, you're not nuts. I noticed it, too.

EDIT: I misread it. My vibrate button is below my silent. I thought the OP was asking if it was different compared to the TP1 which had vibrate on top

What hacks have you guys done? I have an out of the box VZW with no hacks and it's showing Vibrate underneath Silent.

My vibrate is also below the silent :)

They are switched using I have both of the phones in front of me. I like it better. This way if I hit the button too many times I am still on vibrate.
