Camera not reading storage card
 

Has anybody else had trouble saving pictures or videos to a storage card. I switch it to storage card under camera settings but it never saves it. The pics will show up under pictures tab, but when I click on them it says no pictures. The phone is reading my card fine and it works with everything but pics.

So they are saved, just somewhere else other than the Storage Card>My Documents>My Pictures? Try looking under Storage Card>DCIM>100Media. I'll bet you find them there

No they weren't under any folder in the storage card. After a soft reset they disappear from the quick view too. Not sure whats going on. Thanks for the reply though. I'll keep checking around. It seems like the camera app itself won't recognize card. Only twice in three weeks has a message popped up saying "new storage card found would you like to use it" (in the camera app). Everywhere else the storage card seems ok.

Sounds like maybe you should try backing up files on your storage card to PC, reformat the card, in your phone, then put files back on. Should fix the issue.

That worked! Thanks. This time I formatted in fat32 and it worked. Fat wouldn't for some reason.
