I am in threaded mode in TF3D and i see character count as i type at the very top...Sprint TP2

Nevermind thats regular mode not TF3D...Sorry to get anyone hopes up! Didn't notice till i posted screen shot. I took it down.

Yeah, thats not the TF3D screen, but still, I have sprint TP2 and this is what my screen looks like. Dunno why mine shows the name of the running app on the taskbar, and yours shows the character counter...

Wow. I feel like a dummy...........:oops:

In my own defense tho, I'm using WkTask and the counter was still cut-off untill i tweaked the off-set values. But still... dummy.

We get that TF3D counter figured out ??? lol.

Things that suck about the TF3d SMS as mentioned and more:
1.) Lack of character counter
2.) No support for signatures
3.) Phone numbers aren't clickable
4.) URL's aren't clickable
5.) Stupid Soft Key for Sent isn't the same as WM messaging program.
6.) Reply to: screen / threaded view TERRIBLY SLOW when you have a lot of messages - we're talking 10 seconds pauses sometimes when pulling it up or replying (I imported all my SMS from my old phone so I have 9k text messages currently...)

/subscribed in case any of these get resolved. In the mean time I'm only using Window's built in Messaging. I'd be happy if the TF3D tab for SMS just went to it instead!

I agree. Anyone know how to change which SMS app opens when you tap a message from the messages tab? Id like to have it so that tapping a new message opens the Windows threaded conversation screen for that contact (instead of the current TF3D threaded SMS screen).

Yes, I found this program that does that. Gives you zoom buttons for text size in the TF3D message viewer, but more importantly, tap to reply brings you right to the WM app instead of the terrible tf3d one! I don't really care for the zoom buttons and it distorts the TF3d viewer in landscape (specifically it just shows the same view as portrait) so if someone knows of a way to enable "tap to reply" going to the WM app instead of the TF3d one, without this program, let me know.
