TP2 at Best Buy
 

Was told today by a Best Buy employee that the Sprint Touch Pro 2 would be sold in their stores starting October 2, 2009. She didn't know the price just yet.

tp2 was direct ship only for the first 4 weeks. bb retail and sprint retail should have them around that date.

I work at BB Mobile. I'll check the UPC in the system this evening and see if they're loaded yet.

There is also the chance that it will be released on 10/6 with WM6.5. When I was in a Sprint store in Manhattan last week one of their tech repair people told me that it was the internal rumor. He seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and already had a TP2 that he had ordered from online sales.

i'd imagine that if they were going to wait for oct, they'd wait for the oct 6 winmo 6.5 launch. if this is the case, i'd also expect that the second batch (meaning in store launches) will already have 6.5 loaded on it.
