Lost my Settings Program Button

No doubt a simple answer, but I don't see it. When I first got my Touchflo3D, there was a 'Settings' button on the Programs panel. I removed it to move something else up there at the top. When I went to add it back in, lower down, it is not in the program list, nor can I find it on the device to plop a shortcut into the Windows/Start Menu folder.

Someone please tell me how to bring it back. thanks

After re-enabling the HTC Start Menu in MightyROM, I would also like to create a shortcut to Settings. Could someone on the stock ROM check the registry for HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher to find how Settings is launched?

I also deleted the "SETTING" button by mistake. No idea how to get it back. Can any expert help? TIA!

I flashed back to stock and got the required entries. Attached is a CAB that will create the Settings shortcut in slot 3, first icon of second row, of the HTC Start Menu. If you want to change the slot number, modify the entries as per below.
