Verizon - My Button - What is it?

There is a tool for setting "My Button" only it opens up a poorly formatted web page with a link that does not work.

Anyone figure this out?

The link should open the screen where you can program the * key on your keyboard and the send key on your front panel. For example my * key is an OK button, and holding/pressing talk starts the CommMgr.
