Supercast for Sprint, rotate to Landscape?
 

Ok for those of us that have Sprint and have the NFL Supercast accounts. Does anyone know how to change the registry on the TP2 so that Supercast will use the G Sensor so that the video feed will change to landscape when you rotate the screen? The picture is not bad but would be great to rotate. Big thanks to anyone that can help.

I'm not exactly sure, but I did see under HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor that you could possibly add an entry to both folders there, ModuleName and WhiteList. Maybe that will work. You could look at a couple so you get an idea of the formatting, but that could work.

Well, I tries adding the String values to each but it did not work. It still will not rotate the video feed to landscape.

Can anyone else make the attempt and post results. If you get it to work please post your reg edits that work. Thanks again!

Supercast on my Verizon TP2 is just awful. Not at all what I expected. Terrible quality, small picture, slow, clunky menus. I played with on a 3Gs last weekend and it was pretty slick, so color me disappointed.

I am on the Sprint Network and Supercast works pretty good. The video is not HD quality but what do you expect from a phone feed. But for those of you that have it keep in mind that a new version was released this week. The initial release had nasty bugs in it that caused bad lag and sometimes no feed. May want to redownload cab again.

I tried to install this on my phone but got an error message..

The file multicab, cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found.

Any ideas?

Did you install the entire cab ? go to m.directv.com/supercast Make sure your phone has .net3.5 but the cab comes with it if not
