Headset Volume Too Low [sprint TP2]

(I thought I saw this topic before but couldn't find it.)

When using the headset (for MP3's, videos...) the headset volume is very low. On an airplane I can barely hear it with the volume turned all the way up. Sometimes I can't hear it at all if I am using headphones with low sensitivity.

Any fix for this or do I need to invest in a set of active headphones?

I believe there is a program on the touch pro called audio boost that is supposed to increase the volume when using the 3.5 jack. I have not used it but its there on my sprint.

try this. mess with the settings and select whichever audio output you are using.

could be your headphones, because i literally can't hear anything but music (earthquaking bass) when using htc mp3 player.

I have the same problem and tried it with several different headphones, even the usb ones that came with my PPC-6800. The sound is almost inaudible. THe audio boost on the phone just changes the equilizer for me. No change in volume.

Tried on my Sprint Touch Pro 2 and I got driver errors. Had to uninstall it.
