Yes, very simple. Drop the a-holes at Verizon and go to T-Mobile. They've replaced cracked screens, hardware problems, etc etc over and over again on my Treos, my MDAs...

Verizon are a-holes because they won't give you a free phone after you broke the screen?? (something I have never done in my life, & if I did I would certainly expect to pay for the repair)

haha, I didn't want to make it seem like they wouldn't do what T-Mobile does with the replacements, they are a-holes for a variety of other reasons. I just oftentimes refer to them that way in general because they seemed to have brainwashed this country.

On the other hand, if you could get a replacement phone for a cracked screen for free, would you?

I say you're the A-hole for trying to lie/cheat/steal companies causing them to increase prices & regulations making it difficult for people with honest problems. With these companies dealing with shady kids like you, it's no wonder why people won't want to do business or provide appropriate support for their customers. What are you talking about? I was completely up front about everything to the T-Mobile reps. That's why I love them so much!
