well there are really no differences between the tp2 and imagio cept one has keyboard and the other one doesnt and one is vzw exclusive. u can try it but i dont think itll harm u.

Don't know if it was mentioned anywhere in this looong thread, but on 6.5 the easiest way to gain memory is by disabling Start menu and replacing it with an alternative (I used QuickMenu, you can set the line width to make it finger-friendly). I am now at about 92 mb upon reboot.

in LEAD rom when i was on it i booted with 103mb RAM without having to disable the start menu. if u do that u might as well just use 6.1.

running stock 6.5 sprint with both cabs installed and cht 2.0 I have 89mb free now!!! (up from 49mb) nice!! very nice indeed thanks for posting these!

ahh I am running 6.5 and it worked fine for me. went from 49mb free to 89mb free big help!

interesting though I reboot and I have 89mb free I load opera (no difference in load time really) and close opera and run clean ram again now its 66mb free. still huge difference from 49mb but I am wondering what changed that I lost over 20mb of free ram ???

jaja thats an easy one, its the RAM leak issue in stock 6.5 and CHT. it was bad without CHT i can only imagine how much worse it is now.

wow I thought leaks like that too time? and I thought thats what cleanram was for? we are talking boot up run cleanram 89mb run opera close opera run cleanram again 66mb

no more than 20 seconds start to finish.

leaks take time on other roms. on the stock 6.5 (especially with cht) it can take a matter of hours and even cleanram or disabling sense cant do much about it.

then its not a leak I am talking under 30 seconds after "boot up"

so something is being "loaded" into memory and not taken back out again.

Next time I will try to remember to check the processes screen before and after (never got it back up to 96mb again)
