basically it's a program that will make your screen entirely white so that you can use it as a flashlight.

Also, you can have it flash S.O.S or other bright colors and patterns.

On other phones that had an actual camera flash LED, you could use the camera flash as a flashlight (man I miss that about my mogul, that ****er was bright!)

It uses the LED camera light as the flashlight. I've found it rather effective in dark settings for illumination of the surrounding environment. You get Hi beams, Low beams, CCW capabilities, timeout settings altering, strobe light, and disable the safety if you need a light for a LONG time. It's a great application, and I highly reccomend it. CDMA and GSM device compatible.

Unfortunately the Touch Pro 2 does NOT have an LED flash.
