Re: WMWiFiRouter on TP2

its amazing that anyone still wants to tether given how shitty sprints 3G speeds have become, there's reports of it all over their forums and there isn't enough discussion about it here.

No doubt, speeds have definitely gone down in my area. I usually only tether when on vacation, speeds weren't too bad in St. Louis and Kansas City this year. Good enough to stream netflix to my laptop.

Re: WMWiFiRouter on TP2

I'm not using 3g just the old data plan, it worked great using wmwifirouter - it provided a great connection for my desktop.

yea when I was there I was getting 3mb down, .50m up, but in eastern suburban Collinsville where I stayed I was only getting .75 down until 6pm when it dropped to .25 which isn't as bad as where I live now. and have a look at this:

Fix the 3G, Sprint.

Yes, there are 3rd party tools for syncing with outlook.

Also, there is a way to make your tablet see your wmwifirouter from winmo too. What you need to do is replace the wpa_supplicant file on the tablet with one that supports Ad-Hoc networks.

u are so lucky, u should give me ur tower. I am strongly considering switching to either USCC it tmobile especially since the USCC tower looks alot more robust than the problematic sprint one its right next to.
