Need a vertical slip in case/pouch

Anyone know a good vertical slip in case with no belt clip?

I always keep the phone in my pockets, kinda tacky having it clipped to your belt.

Had a nice slip in case for my TP1, used the samsung instinct oem case that came with it. It was nice but now I need something similar for the TP2.

Doesn't look bad at all! and a pretty good price, but its magnetic, I heard the magnet affects the sensor on the phone.

Re: Need a vertical slip in case/pouch

Like I promised I'd give a quick review of the case I got off ebay..which is this one : (link is somewhere on the first page)

First like to comment on the quality of the case. I have to say its pretty nice. The padding seems nice and thick sorta. Whats best is that it does definitely feel like a case designed specifically for TP2 since it fits perfectly and its a nice tight and snug fit. There's an opening on the bottom of the case which lets it access to the ports and its big enough so that it shows the USB port and the headphone jack only.

The case also comes with a clip, though this is where the case somewhat "fails". The clip feels a bit cheap to the touch since it's plastic. I tried the clip out a bit and attached it to my belt. Perhaps the clip should've been bigger because it felt like it was dangling around and it didn't feel too attached. I'm not quite sure if I want my 500 dollar phone to get lost because of a broken clip. It also took a bit of rotating around to get the clicker to work right. But if you just want to use it as a case, the small circle that connects the clip can be unscrewed and removed.

Finally, since it is a magnetic case..it has the same problem of turning on when the front end is around the magnet. The best way around this was to simply have the screen facing the waist and it would be fine. But I guess it isn't a bad thing, since it turns on the phone when I pull it out. Sorta makes it a "feature".

Overall its a good case if you just want to use it w/o the clip. The clip can still be used but its simply up to you. I work in a lab at a hospital so the chip isn't a big deal since I won't do a lot of active and excessive running anyways. I'll simply keep the phone in my pocket when I listen to music and put it in the case on the side when I'm not. I'd give it a 7.5-8/10 for the quality of the case

Re: Need a vertical slip in case/pouch

Btw! If you had the very old iPod video cases (the little black pouch that came with it) it fits the phone...but obviously won't protect from major damage.
