Touch Pro Exchanged For Touch Pro2
 

I got the Sprint Touch Pro and I had every problem known to man with this phone and it doesnt stop for me, either Im on my 6th or 7th and Im not being cheap and trying to get a free TP2 which would be nice but at the sametime cmon, really? Well my screen is starting to flicker in and out, sometimes it coo and sometimes you dont even wanna use the phone but anyways if I was to call Sprint and tell them my problem would they send me a TP2 or this sameone cuz Im done with the first TP. Are they still in the warehouses or should I just wait till they have them in stock at the stores?

As for the stock on the TP2 there not in the stores yet only thru telesales or online... They have many TP1 in stock so your likely to get a refurb TP1.. A lot of people have tried and failed to get a TP2 for free , some have been offered deals but not free.. Try retention sometimes they understand more than regular CS ...

Dude if they are going to give you a free TP2 go for it give it a try lol. Seriously though there is a good chance your are going to get a TP1. What are you doing that is causing so much trouble. I had a TP1 for almost 6 months and I never had any issues with it. I had to soft reset sometimes but thats it. My TP2 has all kinds of FCKING issues. I think the phones to new and the issues havent been worked out yet. I have a poping speaker. The photo album doesnt auto rotate the picture. Th speakers arnt loud enough. That last one might just be my issue. There are other issues as well but for now thats all I can think of. Those are also pretty small issues, however I can never rember buying a phone and having issues. This isnt my first advance phone purchase either. This is however only my second windows device, I am sure it comes with the territory when buying a WM device. Whatever in a few months I will swap this phone out hoping the new one will be bug free. You better believe the new one is going to get a test though before I leave the building. These freaking phones can take way to long to setup.

Your best bet is to get it at the like new price with the mail in rebate included. Asking for a new phone for free after you've had the old phone so long is kind of obvious. I mean, why didn't you ask to be switched to another phone before the new one came out? Either way, good luck.
