Phone dialpad contacts soft key
on my phone dialpad it says contacts for the left soft key... i press it and nothing happens... isn't this supposed to open the contacts manager? and if it's supposed to bring something up, anyone know where in the registry i can reassign it to contacts?
and i'm pretty sure the answer to this is no, but is tehre a way to use the touchflo contacts when tf3d is disabled? i like the facebook thing and the pic synching with updates. would be nice if i could access that using spb mobile shell3. thanks |
Re: Phone dialpad contacts soft key
Its suppose to open the contact list ( well thats what happens when i press it one my tp2 ) as far as to reassign the softkeys I think someone is working on that cause the TP1 app didn't work for the TP2

Re: Phone dialpad contacts soft key
ok this is weird. when i have touchflo enabled and bring up my phone dialer, i can press the contacts fot key and it'll launch my contacts manager. if i disable touchflo and use something like mobile shell3, the same contacts soft key no longer works... wtf is up with that. I thought i mightve done something to disable it all together, but it's only when im not using tf3d, so it seems related to that. Anyone know of a resolution?
edit: if u have tf3d disabled and the contacts soft key IN the phone dialer still works, let me know. not the soft key for regular today screen, but the one when u bring up your phone dialpad. thanks |
Re: Phone dialpad contacts soft key
Yep it still works with TF3D disabled ... you could check Xda-developers in case no one here can help resolved the issue , or like they always say hard reset fixes 99% of problems ..just make sure you do a backup.. sorry i could not be more helpful

Re: Phone dialpad contacts soft key
thanks for letting me know that it's probably something on my end... weird that it works when tf3d is on but doesnt when its not... the only thing i did was change the home soft keys for tf3d... i wonder if it's linked somehow

In the registry look under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys One or Two Key will be there: 112 left key and 113 right key. My problem is it overrides registry changes other than default! |
