No battery % in the power settings

When i click power in settings my remaining battery power has no percentage next to it, just the bar. Am I crazy or did this used to show up?

I could swear it used to show up too. It's pretty irritating to just have the stock battery icon with 4 bars, and then to go into power settings and only see colors, but no %. I'd like to find a CAB for ONLY the battery icon to show percent, but haven't yet (admitedly though I haven't looked TOO hard yet...)

My TP2 also has this issue, no % number showing.

I installed the Sprint Battery fix cab in the tweaks thread (not sure what that was supposed to do but I hoped it was to fix this). Didn't do anything but I dunno.

You need a new battery icon before the 1% battery fix will show. Install the sdkcerts.cab file, and then the new battery icon. This will allow the battery % to show in the taskbar.

My TP2 hasn't been tweaked yet. When you select Power from settings, no % is shown, so it sounds like what you're seeing is correct.

Just took your advice. It worked (battery shows percentage), but I get a black square next to the battery icon on the top taskbar. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Why do you worry about that. Just click little arrow on top right of most screens and it shows battery percentage. I imagine you already know this, but just in case. I'm super noob with this phone, so please excuse any Homer Simpson posts.

Sorry, that's percentage of program memory used. I don't have a black square but rather four vertical line-type things - almost look like the eyes of needles. Anybody got a fix? also, mine is only appearing in 10% increments. HELP!

Did you install the 1% fix?
