TP2 Frame/Edge Material?
 

Alright, I did a quick search but I don't think there's a thread on this.

What exactly is the outside of the TP2 made of? I'm talking about the edge or frame. For example the TP had chrome (crappy chrome, at that).

Also, could someone post some high-res pics of the material under different lighting? I just want to see if it has that cheap look. Too bad they didn't use black brushed aluminum like the GSM TP :(

Exactly? No idea... but it's plastic and feels/sounds like it's pretty sturdy. It does have a slight shine and it's almost certainly painted... so I expect it will eventually fade with wear. How much is anyone's guess... time will tell.

Overall, I think the build quality of this phone is really good... and it doesn't have a "cheap" look.

Find anyone with an iPhone and look at that. I think it's the same thing based on the Verizon version I have anyway.
