Where is Social Network Engine for HTC Album - Facebook Picture Upload
 

in the past when this was left out i would run a cab HTC album w/ social networks and it would fix it. can i do that with the TP2?

i tried this fix and got the uploader in the system settings, but in the album there was no option to upload to facebook.

any ideas to get this going?

agreed!! i want that facebook uploader! i remember there was a htc album and social network cab that also rotated the pictures in the album using the gsensor, i really liked that idea as well as one click uploading to facebook rather then signing into facebook and uploading a pic the long way

I agree, however I really want my album to rotate pictures more.

i know its nit exactly what ya want but you can always email the pics to ya facebook address. just save it as a contact and theres easy access...

You can use the Facebook Mobile application for Windows Mobile (free, written by Facebook themselves), written for the Tilt. Check http://m.facebook.com from your phone, and all the way at the bottom should be a link to download Facebook Mobile for the Tilt.

Mine's now showing "Download a bookmark for..." some other phone. If you can't find the .cab, I'll attach it here. Just copy to your device and install. It's just like the iPhone app, allows easy photo uploading without emailing and everything.

The only caveat I have found with this app is that it will truncate status updates you post from it if they are too long.

it was so easy just to use the upload to facebook link out of the album.... wish there was something i could do.....

treid the email method and thats not bad at all. i can live with that. just another step or 2.....
