MMS/Pic Mail working?
 

my sprint Tp2 isn't receiving pictures.. i get "unable to download"

anyone else? is there something i need to configure?

I've gotten quite a few Picture Mails. I didn't configure anything.

occoured to me i hadnt got any PMs since i got mine.. i have a few lines so i tested it.. recieved fine on my TP2, rather quick with the incoming notification too i might add..

u didnt try a different acrsoft version did you?

hmm i called tech support and they could not figure out why it wasn't working.. actually when i try logging into the sprintpcs mail site it says my picture mail is about to expire which tech support could not understand why it's saying that because it's part of my account..

who knows .. i will try calling tomorrow.

I had the same issue earlier today when my friend sent me a picture of his new baby and I kept getting an error trying to download. When I tried it this evening it finally downloaded without any issues.

mine on my cracked up tp2 works....lol
