Calls go straight to voicemail when using data

New TP2, and anytime I browse the internet, use Youtube, Slingbox, etc....calls go straight to voicemail. My Touch Vogue never did this, so I know this is not normal. Went to settings, phone, CDMA Services, and DDTM mode is set to off (send voice calls to voicemail during active data connection). Toggled that setting anyways just to make sure, but same result. Is this my TP2, or does yours do this too? ](*,)
