Odd GPS issue

I can use many different GPS apps and they all work fine but I cannot get TomTom to lock. It sometimes has enough satellites but the signal strength is not enough. Garmin and Bing and google maps all work fine. Anyone having this issue or just me. Its not just TP2 related as I had the same issue on my TP

There is a hotfix for enhancing the internal GPS for programs like TomTom, unless you tried this already?

Isnt that hotfix for gsm only devices
