How do you remove call history & Calendar from Home screeen?
 

I am wondering if anyone has a cab for removing the two tabs under the flip clock on the home screen?
Also if there is the old 20 key touchpad like on the Touch?

Because the calendar is redundant(its a tab on the taskbar) and dont care to much for the call history on the home screen.
the 20 key touchpad was a nice touch and got used to it on the HTC Touch(Vogue).

was just about to make a thread for this. BUMP

im using manila 2.1 on mightyrom and I really want the call history/calendar off of the home tab, then It will almost be perfect. please if anyone has any info

well I figured it out. thanks to tsowen

took the defualt mightyrom manila file and edited out the text for calendar and call log, then used his removed dotted lines/icons cab to finsh the rest. they still maintain functionality and will show up when you have appointments or missed calls.

the cab and manila file are attatched below in the zip. I had to use resco file explorer to replace the manila file, default file explorer would not let me)

Will this work for the default 2.1 manilla on 6.1?

I've been waiting for someone to figure this out.

I always had the clean home screen with the stock ROM using the XDA compact home screen setup, but when I tried it with Mighty ROM it broke the clock.

No problem, exactly the way I felt too, now its perfect (besides no transparent slider lol)
