Saw in some other thread that it is, but does not have USA frequencies. Not confirmed tho

GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, UMTS900, UMTS2100

And yes, it can do HSPA.

I am asking because I want to make sure in case I am abandoned by Sprint, I still can use TP2 on ATT or Tmobile's network, LOL

This is incorrect. As far as I was told it only has the 2G radio frequencies.
