Sprint Toucbh Pro 2 Keeps Freezing

](*,)I dont understnad why this is happening. Ive done 2-3 hard resets and after the reset is complete Ill try to open an App and itll freeze up.
MyPhone isnt working either. I tried syncing my contacts (only my contacts) and it syncs maybe 8 of the 180.](*,)

Is anybody else having these issues or have a remedy to solve them?

Tried hard resetting like 4 times and its still lagging.
Not sure wats goin on.
I still cant connect with "MyPhone" to sync my contacts either. If it does connect it'll stop at around the 4th contact.:angry7:
