Ok, I got it to work with the announcement of text messages. Has anybody got it to work with announcement of incoming calls? I tried the regedit and that did not transfer it thru my headset.

I can not live without MSVC on incoming calls, text and email I can be in a attic, under a house, ladder, driving, I do not have time to pull out phone a see who is calling I AM WORKING ON WIRES WITH POWER. I am still using the hack for my TP1 but still at times it stops working and just rings without caller ID and other. I find I have to uncheck VC and turn off phone and take out battery and check it back on in VC for it too work. I can find no pattern od why it stops. I will hate it not working on the TP2. I think its funny that HTC Sprint did not do a fix on this.

Uncheck VC and turn off and pull battery and then do in reverse. That helps when it stops in TP1

This is a deal breaker for me. I am tied to my TP1 all day with BT talking on phone and emails, and the few text I get. HTC and Sprint never fixed the TP1 it had to be fixed by people on this forum. If that is the kind of support from HTC BT with not get fixed unless someone here finds the fix. HTC can make a good phone when they feel like it but they steped backwards on the software. Sprint you just lost my $400.

What seems interesting to me is the idea that this was targeted right at the business user with features like three-way calling and the face-down conference feature. I don't understand why they would fail to learn from the TP1 failures and make certain that these bluetooth features worked, as this is also a big business user feature.

It is my hope that someone on the site will come up with a workaround for the flawed HTC bluetooth software.

Someone here or at the other site, this is the biggest mistake I think could have come out as a phone and not have been tested. This will kill me from spending my money for the phone. Until a fix comes or a better phone later.
