yea no crap, i actually made my 3 year old cry by touching her with my pro1 while charging, poor thing... tp1 was a hazard.lol but still a great phone regardless of the third degree burns

With that method people should try taking the picture with the phone down and make sure there are no anomalies in the camera CCD itself. Use a PC to check.

I have a keyboard defect unfortunately. Some strange behavior I noticed
the h key doesn't work well. When typing fast text messages, the h key is missed arbitrarily. It is a large annoyance. Secondly, as I was outside last night (sun was becoming sunset), the keyboard backlight flickered on and off when I was typing. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.

Now top it all off, I called verizon, they said they would have to charge me for the phone again on my debt card and remove the charge when they get the old phone back...there are no refurbs just new models...I will call verizon today to see if any stores have a touch pro 2 so I can get it tomorrow because the h key thing is becoming a true pain. Further it is so sporadic...its difficult

I don't know what white spots you are referring to. I didn't have that on my mogul.

Not sure if this is a defect or just the way that a slider phone is suppose to be, but I notice on the left side of the phone (the side you push to slide) that it is a little bit elevated from the other side and sometimes when touching the screen on that side it is a bit wobbly.

Is this normal or should I bring mine back and exchange it?

the keyboard backlight flickering during sunset is because you have automatic backlight on ya keyboard... itll go wierd like that when it cant tell if its dark or light..... to shut off go settings/peronal/buttons/backlight... that had me freaking also....

that keyboard flicker might come from could be coming from the auto sensor being enabled. I hated that. It was kind of annoying to me. I turned it off and the keyboard light just stays on now.
