Actually, I think the person I was dealing wasn't really sure what he was doing, I called directly I didn't go through the website. I told him what I wanted to do as far as paying regular price and waiting till sometime later to resign a contract and he said thats fine. I received a call from the same guy later saying that wasn't possible and that if I wanted to go through evp I would have to resign a contract. So I guess its telesales for me on the morning of the 8th.

You can not order tp2 at full price through evp,I tried yesterday,the guy there told me I have to deal with Sprint directly for full price purchase.

Just got an email from my EVP rep and she said my phone will be deleivered tomorrow woo hoo. I hope it's as good as advertised but if not I'll return it and use my Diamond until the Hero comes out. I'll post pics tomorrow after I receive my new TP2
