we're in debt, because that's the nature of a fiat monetary system. believe it, or not, without debt cash wouldn't exist. the privately owned federal reserve are to blame, not the american people.

this thread gets my vote! all this flamage lol! and to the op, you'll see "touch pro" under my name unless i get a replacement from insurance. htc hasn't done enough to impress me after spending on this overheating, can't charge until it cools down thing here. but keep fighting the good fight, maybe the trolls here will go play with their new toy so they can start a thread next week complaining about their new toy.

lol i just think the people who got them should be happy. no need hating a person for not having or wanting one. i bought my tp early and it's not even a year old and i've had 9. i'm not in any hurry to further build htc's empire but that's just me.

So back to my original point, paying $150 more (if that is the real price) and saving minimum ( i say minimum cause i have sero and save tons more) $260, plus getting the phone earlier is definitely the way to go. No way in hell would you be able to convince me to save only $150 up front when i can save $200 a year with the plan i have. Remember upgrades come every 2 years also, so you have to think of the 2 year savings. $59.99 a month, 1250 anytime minutes, unlimited data and text, plus my nights start at 7pm, cant beat that. Also our TRUELY $99 everything plan is actually $119.99 a month at verizon and at&t to get all the same services. Thats $20 a month savings or should i say $480 over 2 years.

this doesnt take away from the point your making but..... FULL upgrades are available every 12months if your a Sprint Premier member... just about everyone is eligible for it too as long as your plan is over 69.99 i think

exactly! be happy with what you got. sure i'm pissed at my Pre and i can't wait to jump on the Hero, but i'm not running around bashing the pre. and yeah i'm not running back to HTC's WinMo phones until they finally build a real model upgrade with Snapdragon or Tegra

Sprint premier customers are those who's account with an individual line are 69.99+ or a multi-line plan that's 99.99+ MRC or been with Sprint 10+ years, however, annual upgrades are only available to the primary line on a family plan
so yeah upgrades all around! one more reason i love sprint

Well looks like this was fun huh. lol. Oh yeah, and for all who said Verizon will be the same if not more, you were wrong. it's 199.00

But who cares, it was fun to watch everyone get so heated. Also I will be getting my TP2 today via UPS. Although I WAS PAID $25 to get the phone, it makes it that much sweeter.

Yeah, but that's VERIZON you're talking about. It's $199 but you have to pay another $10/month for the GPS... then $3/month if you want to use the English fonts on the device. For the ability to use the "Home" button, that's another $2/month and soft-resets are $5 per use.

Oh, and there's an extra fee if you wanna use the phone too.
