does anyone know if the screen on the TP2 is plastic or glass, If plastic what are most using for protection.

The very top layer - the layer your finger touches - is plastic.

The phone will more than likely come with a stock screen protector like previous models. For me the stock screen protector does what it suppose to do for the most part.

The Tmo TP2 came with a basic screen protector. I have a ton of old screen protectors I use that can be cut to fit a device. Use em on my Blackberry, on my G1, my iPod and my TP2.

if the screen is anything like the screen on my diamond. I would get it covered up with a screen protector asap. The stylus is infamous for scratching htc screen, atleast with both of my phones.

All resistive touch screens are plastic.
