I helped T-Mobile out today
 

Well, I have been waiting to play with the Touch Pro 2 and today I went to T-Mobile to fool around with it.

The "floor model" wasn't on when i picked it up so I powered it up and was instantly disappointed to see WM 6.1. I mean I have been using NRG's 6.5 ROM so you can imagine that seeing the green screen and then looking at the start menu was generic compared to the 6.5 versions...bleh!

The T-Mobile version felt cheap to me but the screen response was nice. I like my TP because it is heavy. I will still get one.

Anyway, once the CS agent walked away i popped my SD card into the back loaded a custom 6.5 taskbar from Tsowen and restarted TF3D. I left the store and the phone pimped out. Customers who come in to purchase this phone may be disappointed when the discover that their new TP2 has a white and generic looking taskbar when they get home.:mrgreen:

So that is my review with a bit of fun added in.

Love it. I used to go in to Mogul display units (working) and IR beam a photo of a topless woman and set it to be the background wallpaper on the Today screen

:D I can't wait to do this (TP2) at an AT&T though.. Maybe I'll try out their fuze :p
