I appreciate that redd214. I tried installing it though and it said I needed an updated .net framework. Do you have the cab file for that? I appreciate the assist and I don't use Outlook either so I'm glad you're helping me out.

Thanks for the assist BenC. It installed real smoothly.

redd214, after running your app, it has come to my realization that the transference of birthdays from facebook to my calendar was working correctly. I just couldn't find them, and using the list produced by the birthday to calendar app helped me verify it. I'm going to keep the cab file, but I don't think I need it installed any longer. I really appreciate all your help with this. You helped me out a lot.

ok - i must be clueless bc i've never seen the ability to select to sync birthday info from facebook? where exactly do you select that? all i ever see is "Save Photo" ability. maybe i have an old facebook engine or something.

I have a strange problem I haven't seen referenced anywhere else.

Most, if not all of my birthdays are syncing erroneously.

For instance, I am looking at my friends Facebook page that shows his birthday as 10/28. However in my TP2, the birthday is showing as 11/28 (????) -- so I edited and removed the date on my device.

To test again, I removed the Facebook link on my device for my friend, re-added the link, then re-synced and the date is now not syncing at all.

I'm also only getting an option to sync photos, I don't have a check button for birthdays as I did in the stock rom.

I'm using MightyMike's 11/15 rom.

Ideas?

I've installed the cab, and my contacts bdays still not showing up...i dont use outlook either..i have vista and it came with everything but outlook lol

man none of this stuff works on mine...i downloaded that framework 15x and both apps keep saying it needs the new framework..do anybody know whats going on???
