Telus TP2 Unlock Successful Rate
 

Hey everyone, I'd like to see how many of you who unlocked your TP2 from Telus successfully.
I personally having difficulty finding a place to get unlock code. Even worse, I paid full price for the phone so that I can use my own SIM when I travel to HK.
Hopefully this thread is helpful to ANYONE who bought the phone or thinking about buying the phone.

He's talking about SIM unlock not HSPL. SIM unlock can be done, but the companies doing it charge a fee.

Vision Mobile success!! I have my Rogers SIM in and working... only Edge speeds though.

Good to hear seems like Vision Mobile is the way to go, my TP2 is in the mail right now once I get it I will contact them.

Regarding EDGE speed the TP2 doesn't have the american frecuencies for 3G

Visionmobile.ca - unlock - 30 minutes on a weekday. Works 100%.

I got mine from a guy on eBay. Search for user glowbearunlocks4u, it was way cheaper than any of the websites listed here, and I got my code from him a few hours after I requested it. And no, I'm not affiliated with this guy. :mrgreen:

I got mine from the same guy and it works on Rogers. I tested it with a friends SIM. :headbang:
