Data timeout settings
 

Has anyone gotten the data timeout settings to work?

I changed hklm/comm/commmgr/planner/settings/cahce time to 60 and my data connection never shuts off.

Any suggestions?

I have the same settings and your right it doesn't work perfectly. I tried hitting end after the time out and it shuts off the data connection.

i searched for a .cab that disconnects after 1 min. it seems to work most effectively when the screen remains on. if the backlight goes off that's fine, but once the screen goes blank, it seems like the data disconnect doesn't kick it.
