Is anyone really going to spend that kind of money for the TP2? That just seems like alot..

you should all youtube this phone called Nvidia Tegra. I am going to wait for that one...

And the Tegra is a processor upon which a phone will be built. Just like the new Snapdragon....
likely this time next year we'll see lots o' Tegra action. But I needs me a WM-FIX NOW!!!

Went into bestbuy and saw them unpacking the phone today. Damn its so nice!!!

I played with a demo unit today - really nice smaller than I had pictured it will get to play with the real thing my co-worker who I share an office with is getting one tonight. I will have my hands on it tuesday when he gets to work! Unfortunately my contract has 1 year 3 months to go so I can't get one yet :(

Just FYI, the Demo unit is considerably smaller, lighter and less sturdy than the real deal. I was surprised today when I held the real one as to just how much heavier it is.

It's not BAD, but there's a good amount more to the real one. You won't forget you have the phone in your hand, that's for sure ;)

Have you asked for promo 3 year pricing on it? I called in to L&R with more than that on my contract and they loaded an offer for me.

I just called in and told them that I really wanted to get the new phone and was willing to resign a 3 year contract. I had 1 year 8 months left on my old one. They said no problem and put an offer on my account for 3 year promo pricing...

at last!! I bought my TP2 at Telus and I programmed for Iusacell CDMA carrier in Mexico ando works excellent but don't have a custom ROM only the Original ROM from TELUS, does any one help me with a new ROM?

There are no CDMA roms yet. Need to wait until they get them unlocked.

I'm picking mine up tomorrow (they have it on hold (hopefully)), but I'm really hoping I can swing a good deal...looking to buy it outright...if the price is right! I'm also switching from Bell so we'll see if that helps or not :scratch:

well, the final price was 873.60 CAD, the most expensive device I bought. The CPU is faster than a TP, same equal as a IPHONE, but I hope WM 6.5 dont delay.
