Gotcha; sorry I must have missed that earlier.
Also, any thoughts on my PM about hardspl?

Re: Tutorial: Sprint Touch Pro 2 on the Verizon Network

So the flash from Sprint to Verizon was great. I did everything up to step 8, but skipped step 9 as it was not needed due to the fact that I am using Page Plus on this phone. When it came to step 10 though, things were a little different. I did the *228 and when it completed and the phone rebooted, I had no signal at all. I did have to go back in and write the old PRL that was posted earlier and we were good to go again. I am currently in the process of installing the MR1 through MR3 updates to see how they work. MR1 was good and the phone worked great. I am trying MR2 and will go on from there. I will update on how it all worked out.

Thanks Tink for the great tutorial

I'd be careful man; mr2 and mr3 really screwed my phone up.
I'd suggest using Mr. X's custom MR2. If you run into problems with MR2 then read my previous posts for help.

Great! Glad it worked well for you DSSDuck. Thank you for posting your experience. I will modify this tutorial if others have a similar experience at step 10. I didn't have to reinstall the PRL myself, but nice job of figuring that out! I will agree with supermaxkato, there have been others that have has some issues with MR2 and MR3. Let us know how your experience goes. Thanks again.

Would this work if I want to use another phone so I can put it on a prepaid daily?

This tutorial is for using a Sprint TP2 on the Verizon network. I am not sure what you are asking. Are you on the Boost network?

Yes, I have a Sprint TP2 and it's activated on Boost. I would like to put it on Verizon prepaid "pay as you go". However they don't allow smarphones on that plans so I guess I would need to change the MEID to one that is allowed on that plan.

Oh I see. Well, MEID changing is not something that we can discuss in this thread\forum.
