Exchange Server error, can't sync email.
 

I tried to sync my phone to 2 different google accounts and it said "The server you are attempting to synchronize with is either not an Exchange Server or is running incompatible software. Please correct your server address in Exchange Setup or contact your Exchange Administrator."

I get a support code: 0x85030022
I am typing m.google.com for the server address.
I think my phone might already be trying to sync to outlook and that's why I can't link it to google or what am I doing wrong? here are the directions I was using.

m.google.com is correct. i use that also. did you check ssl? also make sure your user id is userid@google.com ..put in the "@google.com"
