Deleting Programs

I know the info is here, but specific enough, don't want to screw things up, how do I delete programs on a stock rom, 6.1 rom that I don't want? This phone is for my husband, and he's not big on the custom roms like I am. I've been flashing custom roms for two years now. I see stuff on his stock 6.1 that I'd like to delete for good. Do I need to use a reg editor and just delete stuff I want like, Excel Mobile, HTC Mobile Guide, Jetcet Print, Nascar, RSS Hub, Software Store, Sprint Music. Side note his main and only use is to receive emails for work, he have 3 accounts on his phone, so his program space is almost full, any help, no rush, thanks.

i saw that yesterday, some of those fixes are needed for his email, it kills his most important feature and thats push mail, and active sync. all i want to do is delete those programs, i want to flash his to sprint 1.6 basic, but i forgot how i set up his windows live mail for work. it took me 2 days staying up to 3am trying to setup his work email. thats one thing i must get right, without that he will lose his job.

if he has a windows live email he can just login to the windows live client that's included in that Rom.

Wirelessly posted (htc Pocket PC: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 8.12; MSIEMobile6.0) Sprint T7380)

You can use a Utility like SKTools or maybe TMS Uninstaller to uninstall and remove a lot of stuff like that. SKTools also will move some apps to storage card.
