Well after flashing a custom rom 5 times to find the right one, my light on the keyboard want work, it was working before on the stock.

try using task29 or flash to a stock rom then back to the current rom or the rom I recommended in the best rom thread.

so it was the two roms that I flashed that killed my keyboard light, I am now using or just flashed Sprint Basics 1.4 Rom. I'll use this one since my light is working.
