HTC wifirouter sharing
 

Howdy all,

I reformatted my phone a while back and I'm trying to get the HTC wifirouter program working. before hand I had no problems, but after installing it after the system wipe, I'm getting a message saying no Internet connection is available.

I noticed that when I looked at the connection area, no internet connection was showing. I opened up a browser on my phone and my Sprint internet connection then showed up. Since then, I've tried uninstalling and even creating new modem connections but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if I have to clear a registry setting that not getting wiped in the program uninstall.


Ideas?

So, you are saying that you performed a hard reset? Or did you install a custom Rom?

I did a hard reset and I'm running stock 6.5

If you still have issues I suggest you ask someone from Sprint for your MSL or use this app to retrieve it:

Then dial ##786# and then click on Menu at the bottom right.
Press Reset then OK and then enter your MSL. The phone will do a hard reset and reprovision. That will reset your data settings.
