fix broken green send button

So I decided to pull my touch pro 2 out of a box and get it ready for sale

Well it was in a box with sticky tape.. the sticky tape attached to and pulled off the green answer call button.

anybody have any info on how I could fix it?

I looked at the housing on ebay but they don't appear to have the actual buttons.. for example:

HTC TOUCH PRO2 OEM BEZEL HOUSING+DIGITIZER *NO CAMERA* | eBay

I'm not sure what I'm going to do :(

Humm... that is not something that you can just 'pop' back into place? Did the button actually rip away from the device?

No it doesn't pop back into place. I can't really tell how it was held down. Maybe glue? Sprinkle some pixie dust on it for me would ya? :)

Does the touch pad under where the button once was still function? I mean does pressing it result in the correct action?

I guess you could try two dabs of superglue... I would avoid the area where the light shines through and focus the adhesive in the black areas only. What have you got to loose?
