Try removing your SIM card and flash the shipped 6.1 rom from bootloader.

Horndoctor, I tried that out also with no luck...I've also tried different combination like...sim card inserted hard reset with wm6.1 and stock battery, without sim card inserted hard reset with wm6.5 and stock battery...and others that I forgot about...still no luck

oo I would not have run the relocker you may check with olipro and/or cmonex to ask if there is a way to undo the relocker so you can run and install the hspl again.
