Flash to Cricket with no data connection?
 

Hello,
I am trying to help a friend with a TP2 he got but it isn't connected to any network yet. I am trying to get it to work on cricket and I was trying to install Hard-SPL but I need a data connection for it to run, I tried connecting to wi-fi but it didn't work...

Is there any way to flash to cricket without it being connecting to data network?

For talk and text yes, and even for WAP/MMS it can be done. But to install a custom ROM you'll need the HSPL. CDMA GURUS has a forum dedicated to cricket wireless. The best bet would find a local dealer to change your plan to Android plan, write some NV files using CDMA Work shop along with the PRL and bam you've got it fully flashed.
