remove mightyrom software??

I just activated an HTC touch pro 2 for SPRINT that I got from ebay, but I DID NOT know that it was going to come with this mightyrom software! I want to put back the original Windows "stuff" on here, but I have no idea HOW. I'd really appreciate some help.

can you put your phone into bootloader (power off phone and then turn it back on while holding the vol. down key)?? I'm sure you can since mightyrom is installed.

If so download the sprint factory rom from http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/cdma-tp2-d...3-19-10-a.html

Sync your phone up to your pc first and then Unzip the files you downloaded using winrar and run the rom update utility.

Or

Download the files, unzip, put your phone into bootloader mode, and then run the rom update utility and then sync

Be sure to select the right carrier.

Because stock rom works for some people. Don't get me wrong...I like all the eye candy that the cooked roms bring to the table...but i used them to play around with my phone. Reverted back to stock rom because it worked just fine for the things I needed it to do.

It just all boils down the personal preference really.

Because while the mightyrom definitely worked WONDERS, I couldn't access data WHATSOEVER (internet, MMS, AND phone calls&SMS were SLOW to go through). I tried EVERYTHING (provisioning it several times, hard resets, plugging in my actual user profile data from Sprint plus manymanymany more things I found on several forums), and in the end, removing it and going back to the stock was the last thing I could think to do.

right on with that one except id say it about the stock 6.5 rom. the stock 6.1 rom is night and day better which is what id recommend the OP flash to if not quite ready to flash another custom rom.
