How do you turn off sleep?
Sorry an andriod newb, but i have a program that i need to use for like 30 minutes but if the phone goes to sleep it stops making the notifications. I would like to lock the screen but not let the phone sleep. I dont care about battery life.

I'm an android n00b too... I like your question...
I just tried a timelapse program and my phone locked halfway throught the project I was working on. And it was plugged in. I'll keep my eyes open and you let us know if you find out too. p. |
Wirelessly posted (VZW TP2: Opera/9.7 (WindowsMobile; PPC; Opera Mobi/35267; U; en; Presto/2.1.1))
assuming you are referring to running android om the tp2 and keeping sleep disabled? Would see better coverage if was posted in the Android section. I dont run Droid very often so cant really help other then saying more ppl with Android on TP2 would see this if under the Android section. Thanks. |

Let me know how it works out for you. I made this to disable sleep for the WIFI router, but it should work for you as well. You will need to reboot to have the attached icons show up. The one with red eye piece disables sleep. It requires that you have MortScript installed: www.sto-helit.de - Downloads - MortScript (PC, PPC, Smartphone, PNA): Program |

I just did not feel like learning LUA to extend a dead platform... If you choose to do it, let me know and I will give you some more ideas for toggles I have written. |
