please help tp2 video out
 

can someone post the video out app that comes with the touch pro i have super rom installed and love it but its missing the app and i only get audio when i hook up the cable. please help i want to watch the hockey game at work tonight. thanks

Just answered your thread over @ xda but will post here as well. Here's the cab I found in my storage card. you'll still need the right cable in order to utilize it though.

its this special cable that sprint and htc both sell for the price of an ojo de la cara (spanish:arm and a leg) but one can probly find it on ebay for cheaper. it basically provides a composite video/audio (basic video) signal from the tp2 to the TV. if u are hooking this to an HDTV it will only be in 480i resolution.

op is talking tp2 correct? if so search my name for "threads started by me" and i posted a killer tvout cable thats like 9$ and i used it a ton and its sweet. when im on pc i will post thread if nobody finds it. hope guy is still selling them too.

I made my own cable using the dongle that came with the touch pro(1) and a 3.5mm to rca cable I bought from walmart. All thats needed is to remove the 4th pin from the dongle usb connector. It's the 4th from the left (left most being 1st). All I did was cover just that pin with a tiny/really thin strip of duck tape so that it prevents its connection when plugged in. Works great and cost next to nothing!

it works great by the way thanks inando, i bought my cable on ebay for 15 way worth it combine this feature with sling box and your set very nice and picture is not as bad as you would think just go to youtube and search touch pro video out. thanks again
