Can't unlock phone using (un)lock screen
 

Wife's phone, stock USCC ROM 6.5 same as in the sig. She set a password (4 digits) has worked for months. I touch the phone and it won't accept the password. Got an "Incorrect Password" error a couple of times and an enter the a1b2c3 screen which I did and now the unlock button doesn't seem to respond at all other than to turn white/gray when touched. Figure on hard reset but thought I'd throw it out there if anyone has any ideas. Maybe this should be in the Windows Mobile Software section. not sure how to do that without double posting.

Hate to say it but you'll probably have to hard reset. :(
Hopefully you've done a backup. You could try using EveryWAN or MyMobiler to try to acesss data from your PC to backup items before you hard reset.

You usually can't get an activesync connection while locked, so everywan/mymobiler are probably out. I've read about this randomly happening to people, and a hard reset was the only solution I saw (and no apparent cause of why it occurred in the first place).
