In the US the following phones have the best hardware for winmo:

HD2 (no keyboard) and LG Fathom (keyboard)

Though not sure if LG Fathom even allows custom roms and etc..but its got the snapdragon..HD2 has a lot of custom roms and ported OS

Then there is the Motorola ES400 (blackberry style) which is on sprint and has a 600mhz weaker snapdragon..but prob has no custom roms and costs as much as your liver...

Then comes the TP2 with our 528mhz chip..which of course has custom roms
