TP2 poor wifi range !

first sorry for my bad english.
whatever..
i have HTC TP2 PPC and linksys wrt320n router.
when distance from router to tp2 reaches 10 m,connection terminated.
but other phones like Sony Ericsson Elm or Nokia C5 stay connected until the 25-meter distance without any problem.
also every three phones were tested in the same condition(thick walls & ...)
and i have tested a lot of rom.
orginal 6.5 from htc site,energy and so on...but the problem is not resolved.
someone else has had this problem ?
any fix or solution ?

current rom info (energy standard):
os version : 5.2.28244
manila : 2.5
rom version : 01.feb.2011 wwe
rom date : 06/29/10
radio version : 4.49.25.91

You say you have tested several roms but have you tried flashing different radios? Make sure you only flash radios for your device version. I wonder if that might help you or maybe you have a hardware problem.

You're welcome.
Just make sure you don't flash a CDMA radio to your device if it is GSM.

i downloaded and flash radio.
radio version is 4.49.25.95.
and radio link :
problem still make me sad !
if router has problem,so two other phones (se elm & nokia c5) must not work well too.
i tried G mode in router but nothing changes.
i have to test tp2 with another router.

where i can download 6.1 rom(official) for my phone ?

Have you tried going to settings/connections/wi-fi/advanced/power mode and change the slider to best performance?

can i flash newer radio on 6.1 rom ?
is it harmful for phone ?

It would only be harmful to your phone if you flashed a CDMA radio to a GSM radio or vice versa. Otherwise it will do no harm to your phone. What radio version do you have now?

wep
etc...
but problem has not gone.
maybe hardware problem

the tp2 has an advertised wifi range of about 800 feet. but in my practices ive been able to use it for up to a whole block and a half away from my house ~1100 feet. and i rarely even use my wifi connection i mostly just use the 3G connection as there isnt much difference in page load times.

Sounds like it may be a problem with the phone itself. Do you have insurance on the phone? If so take it in and get a new one.

which way are you going to the router?! I use my phone to supply my router with internet, (see dream phone thread above).

Guessing you are supplying the internet to your phone from the router?

I don't think dream phone will help. By your original message it sounds like you are trying to connect your phone to your router to use your home internet correct?

i have wireless account from isp.
and router is between internet and TP2 and other wireless device.
no plan or 3g or etc ..
