if that doesn't work. call cust. service and demand a replacement and threaten to cut your contract.

Did you even read the op's post of the rest of the thread? It clearly states he has no insurance

doubt he'll have to go that far. since '08 sprint has made huge strides to improve their customer service and customer satisfaction (historically known for bad performance in these 2). only problem I have with them now is them taking longer than they say they will when they look at the phone, I had that happen last fri when I got my battery replaced for overheating and fast discharge issues. Now VZW (your carrier) however that's a completely different story. they'll try to replace ur TP2 with a snap because they unfairly and inexplicably discontinued it while sprint is still selling it.

When going to store for repairs and stuff, do you guys recommend flashing back to stock ROM and re-lock it?

Should I only go to corp store with repair technicians too? A lot of my local stores with repair services are actually named as "sprint store by ****mobile", so I guess that's not corporate store? Will they have the authority to say, exchange or replace phones?

Try to go to a store that is a Service Center with a repair person on staff.

That's what I was asking. How do I tell if it's corp store or not? In Sprint store locator, I check the option of "repair service" and it popped out a list of stores with repair services, some are just named "sprint store", others are "sprint store by *****". There is only one place actually called "sprint repair center" in that list (20 miles from me).

The phone has a 1 year warranty, doesn't it? Tell them it makes the touch screen go crazy sometimes and you need it replaced under the manufactureres warranty.

Well, you could call a few and just ask if they have a repair person there that can take a look at your phone and at what hours are they there. Don't tell them what is wrong with it or anything just maybe say it doesn't work.

If you call any Sprint store they should be able to tell you where the closest Repair Center is from you.
